Same adtong previous APEC (ambot limot ko sa place) dili kaau cya familiar na place but after sa APEC nabutang gyd tong lugara sa mapa.. and grabe ang benefits na ma gain ani sa Cebu not only Tourism but economy as well.

9 out of 10 foreigners I know who wish to travel to RP wants to jump flight to any other Philippine city except Manila. They can't handle the slums, crimes, traffic and the toxicity there. All summits are better done in any City, not Manila, it's hell there.
