ok rman ni TS..burns more calories especially after cardio workout..
not good if you do it daily. it causes DOMS. i go to the sauna on the my last workout day. taking a cold shower is best after a workout as it stops the breakdown of your muscles and help in your recovery. hot/cold interval shower is the best though.
2 to 3 times a week raman noun ko maka sauna sir.,ok ra siguro noh?
do it on your off day or cardio only day
