you need to download ug bios update file sa website sa imo motherboard and make suer its the right bios file... Then isave sa floppy disk plus ang flash utility which is pwde pud nimo madownload.. then start ur pc and wait till mubasa cya sa floppy drive then after follow lang ka the onsreen instructions naa mn pud na instructions didto sa website sa imo motherboard.. kung unsaon pagupdate sa bios.. you can also refer sa website sa imo motherboard manufacturer..

sulay sa ug reformat bro. basin diay puno ra na ug spyware ang imong OS mao nang dili na kadagan. 256mb ra biya na imong ram. kung dili gani madala, then try hardware troubleshooting. pangitaa unsay guba sa imong hardware through elimination.

try to access using safe mode. hit F8 during bootup and a menu will appear...choose safe mode. if successful then the prob is probably driver, startup issue, or service. feedbak 4 further instructions.
