Dapat pahanon na mga corrupt official nato to show some sympathy and patriotism. Be serious na sa AFP modernization go for the high end armaments dili mga made in china. Imagine lang nako asa manadan ni tawhana kung atakihon ta sa taiwan o china.

Sama atong na basahan nako ni comment sa yahoo news na "if each working filipino would donate at least 1k, there would be enough budget for purchasing new warships".
Mahog nag kita publiko na ang mo bayad sa paliton na gamit pra sa atong AFP.

What we could do is invite
    arms manufacturer of other countries
to manufacture in the philippines, giving them free access,
and all the tax that supposedly they should pay shall be converted
into product armaments and equipments for us.

Tax lang daan sa working Filipinos bro, sobra na sa 1k. How about slashing the PDAF of each congressman and senator by 75%?
Sorry if i am bringing some politics issue here, but murag mao nay one time nga mas nindot and mas dali. Can easily raise about 20 billion in a year.

    Idea lang pud.

Where as basing atong comment sa yahoo, we accumulate the funds, we buy the stuff. Mas klaro nga ang paliton pra jud sa modernization. but mao lagi suntok sa buwan hehehe

Supreme Court Senior Associate Justice Antonio Carpio believes the Philippine attempt to take the territorial dispute with China in the West Philippine Sea to an arbitral tribunal under the UNCLOS may be futile.

Speaking before law graduates of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila last May 18, Carpio said should the UNCLOS decide in favor of either party, the Philippines is at a disadvantage because China has the naval might to enforce a favorable decision.

“The Philippines does not have the naval might to compel China to comply with any decision of the arbitral tribunal,” he said.

I think there should be no force involved
but the applicable international law needs
to be imposed, otherwise we are already resorting
into those ancient ways of conquering through might
    and carnage.

Ayungin Shoal is even closer to mainland Palawan than Panganiban (Mischief) Reef, a Philippine territory that has been occupied and converted by China as its forward base and highly sophisticated naval facility in the West Philippine Sea.

The shoal is located 105.77 nautical miles from Palawan and forms part of the 200 nautical miles of the Philippine continental shelf under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).

Last week, one of the Chinese warships in the area chased the utility boat of Kalayaan Island town in Pag-Asa carrying 147 civilian passengers while passing by Ayungin Shoal bound for Palawan

    And the bullying goes on,
I think we need to rearm fast to defend
    what is rightfully ours.
