Why cant I make a thread in the real estate section?

The map is confusing, and I'm a foreigner who has never been there, trying to understand everything, since I tried searchign and don't get much results to anything.

OK.... lapu-lapu city belong to cebu province, and cebu city is the capital of cebu province

Jiovanna... basically there's 3 cities that are adjacent to each other .. Lapu-Lapu, Mandaue, and Cebu. If you're looking to stay in Lapu-Lapu, I'd suggest to find a place in either in Lapu-Lapu city itself or Mandaue (you have to cross Mandaue City to get to Lapu-Lapu City if you're coming from Cebu City.. that's why I'm not suggesting that you look for a place in Cebu City unless you really can't find anything in Lapu Lapu or Mandaue).

Regardless, the distance between the cities isn't really that much... it's the hellish traffic that you need to be concerned about. Try to find a place in either Lapu Lapu or Mandaue ... and if you can't find one, Consolacion or Talamban (which belongs to Cebu City) would be your next bet.

Well, I dont think my boyfriend is gonna like staying with a guy, nor am I gonna be happy about it, lol.
Thanks for the information.. Kind of hard to find a good apartment for a price lower than 4k, and not getting results is harder :S

I would be better if you use google map and check CEBU CITY, LAPU LAPU and MANDAUE so that you will get familiar and have a overview of the place then identify which you are comfortable .

So now that the "Make a thread" button is appearing in the Real Estate section, when I try to make one it says I've reached my limit and should upgrade my account, whats the deal with these rules that seem kind of weird, since I never made a thread there =_=
