Yes it only works on natural disasters...especially those which affects the earths magnetic field and those that emits high frequency vibrations that humans cannot detect. some animals have faculties that makes them detect these things which in turn activates an emergency mode within them...instinct then kicks in as to what action to take.

Don't we have those? Civilized animals (humans)? Don't we have those instincts? Acquisitions by birth or learning process?

there is nothing supernatural in this..it is a common fact that animals have a higher sensory perception than humans...they can hear, see, taste, smell and feel things or occurences that are beyond human senses..

i think this is true. good example of this are the donkeys. kay basta mangatol na ilang tiil kanang murag magsikad-sikad sila, timaan na mag uwan.

unproven though, but i still believe that animals have such senses to forsee what is about to come, in which human can't..

the only instinct in human i know is called "basic instict"..

I also believe that we humans had it one time but due to changes... climate, evironment and technology factors... the hightened instincts are gone. We do however still have the "animalistic instincts" --- producing more babies! lol

^^I think you're reffering to degeneration...organs, senses not longer used as often as it should be tends to degenerate....like how we got away with those thick ape hairs, as we adapted to our curent climate.

i guess blame it on technology and devlopment/progress. the more we get handy with hi-tech tools, we no longer use our less common to common senses/organs.hehehe blaming txt speak for wrong spelling and gramar...which is quite common nowadays.

Mo Tu-o ko na certain animals can sense what man can not ...

i don't think they can predict or knows what will happen

its just an instinct, a natural or innate impulse that they do, once they experience these senses

Not only hearing brod... IMO, all of their senses are natural, tho can't predict (who knows... they might can) disasters. Like when they see you coming... their instinct was to get away or run away. They can hear through vibrations perhaps... we may have some of them but we ignore them because of technological advances like burn_my_eyes mentioned.

    akosabni, salamat sa imong tampo...
