I am planning to start an ukay-ukay business unta pero nabasahan na ko na illegal daw siya og maglisod daw ko kuha og permit. Is this true? For all ukay-ukay sellers out there, I hope makatambag mo sa akoa... Nangita pa man ko og location as of now....
