Yup...actually both brands are good...tho naay feedbacks na mas labaw ang Seagate than Western Digital. nweiz, i think warranty for Seagate is 3years while WD is 5years (correct me if i'm wrong).

western digital or hitachi for me, never had problems with the two. had bad experiences with maxtor and sorta bad experiences with seagate.

seagate sad ako vote. para nako proven na gyud ila reliability.

both of my western digital HDs are dead pero more than 5 years nasad ni ako gamit. My oldest seagate HD which is also more than 5 years is still functioning. Right now i'm running 4 different seagate HDs and so far i've no issues with it. :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
