If that is your take on handouts, then pray tell what do you think about the Pantawid Pamilya Program?
    Pak! I agree!

My point is, it doesn't make any sense kun ngano naay tuition sa mga tate universities nga supposedly free man unta na!

And it's Noynoy's fault! If only Noynoy did not approve the increase of tuition sa mga state universities, di unta mahitabo ang in-ani nga incident!

I'm sure you live a comfortable life since you were young, mao nga wa ka kasabot sa mga seniments sa mga poor people nga self supporting arun lang makaskwela!

And I repeat, state universities dapat walay tuition pero look, 1,000 per unit ang tuition sa UP! Di ka malain?!

Ug unsay konek sa pagpanganak?! Pasabta kuno ko! AHAHAHAHA
That's easy for you to say na dapat walay tuition ang state universities.
Have you talked to a professor of one of the universities? You might want to get a more personal and professional view. UP is just a jeepney ride away in Lahug.

So let me ask you, was the student's suicide caused by Noynoy? How? And please, do me the favor of asking yourself 'WHY' five times for every of your reply.

Wow, you talk as if you know me and presume I have a silver spoon in my mouth when I was born but your wrong.
Anyway, that's not the point, poor or rich one much teach their children the proper values and one with proper values and the right eduction doesn't reply like you, so don't start to compare.

Hehe...pagpanganak wlay relationship? Hai... it goes to show how shallow you have though of this subject. No need for me to expound. I'll leave the challenge to you to think things through since life is full of challenges.

    Ayaw pag hikog hap! Joke

    An intelligent answer and true.
The eduction system is not perfect and would never be near perfect anytime soon.
It's only right people are bringing this to the public's attention however most forget to take into accountability the support given by the parents financially and emotionally to the unfortunate soul.

    Education is very important,
why we have to entrust it towards the government?,
we should be the one who should build the future of our kids not the government,
they could provide the means to achieve this by encouraging
and promoting quality education within our educational institutions.

OT: Picture kuno TS, motan-aw mi unsa nang gorgeous.

Ngano nagmention man kag UP lahug nga sa UP manila man nahitabo ang kanang suicide! Pagchor oi!

Ay paulet ulet? Do I need to mention to you why Noynoy caused this, again?!

I repeat, dili ni mahitabo nga incident if only Noynoy is full of compassion sa mga students who are deprived financially! Dili ni mahitabo kung wa unta gi-approve ni Noynoy ang increase sa tuition fee sa mga state universities. Free man jud na dapat because naay giallocate nga funds ang government para sa mga state universities.

Such a heartless President! Way klarong disposition!
