mga bro,if you are looking for the right music para maka worship mo, then maybe lets re-evaluate the reasons why we worship. music only enhances our worship and not the REASON for our worship. may it be loud or soft it boils down between you and God, and nothing else. if you want a pattern para sa worship look at David, man after God's own heart who danced, even to at one point naked in his worship to the Lord.
and there would always be a time for everything, and kami naa pud mi hymns nga gi--parng arrange to another genre para paminawon ghapon sa mga youth kay sayang ang mga message, if mawagtang ang hymns tungod kay dili kasabay ang mga youth.![]()
We have to remember that at one point in the past, those "traditional" Christian music were; in their own time, considered "contemporary". And guess what? They were also shunned by the people of their time.![]()
.
up for all christian music giving God all the glory!!!
right, i don't wanna be too dogmatic on this one too. i love both genres. different cultures can allow for different expressions.
IMHO whatever genre is that CCM or Traditional if you sing it heartily ......you are really giving worship to Him...
it's not about the tune, it's not about how it's played, it's not about the rock grunge or the orchestral traditionalism, but most importantly, it's about the heart bro...God looks at the heart of a worshipper and not of the means of worship...
