seriously, daghan gud rason ani...

first, as of the moment walay job vacancy available for our RN's....
second, if naa man gani, the pay is not competitive. thus, our RN's prefer to work sa call center kay dako sweldo and some ga (CI) clinical instructor...
i worked at a call center before and its true that daghan jud nurses ga worked ngadto and our account is not even a medical account. naa ko kauban nag worked sa hospital and 6k ra daw iya sweldo thus nag call center siya then while working inig break namo ga review siya for exam sa US. nakapasar siya then nag work sa US.

karon i am on my training sa lain nga call center and out of 40 trainees, 8 are RN's.... and during our introduction, ila common reason kay no vacancy available for them to practice their profession and they choose to worked sa call center kay dako sweldo and dali ra maka land ug job. kay kung mag volunteer sila for experience, sila pa ang magbayad sa hospital. except kung sa red cross mag volunteer.

so i guess mao ni ang reasons why ang initial thought sa mga tao if nursing ka is nag work ka sa call center tungod ani nga trending... just my 2 cents TS.....
