    Minimum of 1 - 1.5grams of protein x your body weight

    So if you weigh 150lbs you need to consume a minimum of 150 - 225grams of protein a day


    Whey before you train as it is quickly absorbed into the muscle and then casein after the training. Take a mixture or casein before you sleep. Three good protein shakes a day will give you at least 70-90 gms of protein, the rest you should be able to make up from your regular diet

    And don't forget, drink at least a gallon of water every day!!!

    effective bsta mag kugi jud ka ug pump iron. kay ang uban mag salig nga nig inom mudaku dayun. hehe.. kinahanglan jud na apilan ug kugi sa pag alsa. so far ni work jud nuon na sa ako b4 pro ni undang nlng ko karon kay wla na ko time sa mag gym.

    para nako effective jud cya, pero dili whey ako gi take, lain nga protein shake, kay ang whey man gud taas kaau og cholesterol,, dili effective ang whey protein kung di ka mag workout. pero take my advice, mas nindot if amino tablets imo i take or capsules, kay mas specific cya.

    gnc's 100% whey protein has 23% of daily values for a 2000 calorie diet for cholesterol per serving. muscletech's nitro-tech hardcore has 17%. you take 2 servings a day and you're still within the limit.

    kasagaran ako amigo nga nag work out nag supplements jud, nya kana mga whey protein, dako jud muscles! pero pwede ra man dili lang ka mu take og na hadlok ka sa risk nga ma daot imu lawas, kay ang ato lawas kahibalo man kung unsa kinahanglan nato sa ato daily activity, og mo work out ka, mu dako jud ka, dugay dugay lang cguro og wala ka supplements. pero og gusto ka dali ra mu dako supplements ka. undang lang og supplements og dili maayo ang i hatag sa imu lawas, pero og nindot gani, padayon :mrgreen:

    @freeheeler: purag wala na diri ang muscle milk.. mas better ang muscle milk lite.. kai lower in fat contents

    whey protein is effective BEFORE and AFTER training. ingesting protein alone WON'T build muscle. ingesting more protein than your body needs will not provide any benefit, and can, in fact, put a great deal of stress on your liver and kidneys.
