IMO: I've seen springfield's posts and the moderator is fair enough. Informs/warns members about policies and rules. I don't know springfield personally, but as what I've seen sa iya actions diri sa forum he's doing his job and I'll answer a Yes/Oo.

@TS: nagkabikil mo noh? looking at the way you worked this out, it looks personal. Nganung e apil man tanan tao diri sa forum? Kung nagkabikil, adto gawas sa forum ui. If springfield did something wrong, settle it with the people who own the site/forum.
