    Time:

With it being a labor intensive business, if you hire other people to work for you. Then the salary you give will take most part of you Gross Profit. You also need to hire people who you can trust.

    Place:
Location is essential, high traffic (people) is elemental.

    Manner:
So much to consider like, too many competition and too easy to emulate.
Anyone who has the guts basically can put up a sari2x store next to yours. What's most appaling is while you pay for the permits and everything that comes with the word "government" with it. The sari2x next to yours is taking away your customers without even paying for the permits, and required papers and documents.

What's even worse is that government officers are quick to check and very strict in monitoring your business (legal) with all it's permits and requisites however are not even paying attention to the sari2x store (no permits and everything) next to yours.

If I've learned something on the technical side.

    1. Start small, don't dream too much about being the coolest and the best sari2x store in the neighborhood yet.
    2. Always remember that this is an inventory based business. More inventories usually means more profit.
    3. But, inventories in number 2 should be those inventories that are quick to be disposed of. (inventories that has high turnover rate). Only keep those.
    4. Don't sell what you can't sell.
    5. Make sure that the government has no plans to have a road widening where your store is located.
    6. The lesser initial cost the faster you can have ROI.
    7. Rice have faster turn-over rates than others.
    Ako lang ni ibalik.
