depende sa imo goal and type of trainor, naa mn gud na different levels and types of certifications... pra nako dapat mag agree mo duha sa imo mga routines, kay for example a bodybuilding trainor and can get you the same results with another trainor who uses different training principles, so if di ka ganahan mu gamit sa certain routine that your trainor advises, dli kaau ka motivated, they all have knowledge of getting and reaching your goals pero at a different way lang since they have principles and theories they believe and have trained in too depende sad sa background nila... never the less its always effective to have some1 guide and look over your routines and nutrition plan, pra nako a very observant and keen training partner will do not unless Hany Rambod or Mark Ripptoe trains me![]()
