nindot ang crest white strip, very effective. ni puti gyud akong ngipon pero medyo sakit lang sa lagos nya na sensitive akong ngipon while using it. nyelo kaayo labi na kung mo kaon or mo inom kog something bugnaw. i used it for 10 days and stopped when i finally achieved the "level of whiteness" for my teeth. lain man sad nang ngipon na sobra ka puti kay mura nag fake tan-awon. now i just use it 7 days every 3 months for maintenance.

basta ako ha i have been using crest whitestrips for years and i stick to it coz it works.....proven gyud na para nako, so there's no sense of changing brands....unfortunately available lang ni sa US around $20.
