Right-to-work employees don't have to join a union. They can still join a union if it is available to them and have the full backing of said union. Right-to-work have nothing to do with terms of termination.

Sa akong pag sabot bro, both parties (employer and employee) can terminate the employment at anytime, for any reason or for no reason at all.

you got it wrong..... right to work law is about an employee having the right to choose if she/he will join the labor union or not...

if the employer can fire anybody at any time... then that would defeat the purpose of contracts that both parties signed.
