My guess would be NO....Snapdragon SoCs are well known for high ma draw while in dormancy state..meaning it sucks a lot of battery even while the screen is off. High draws and fluctuation from full charge down to 90% and some very low ma draw/bad readings while the battery is at 20% to 0. Snapdragon just cant compare to exynos or tegra with little or 0ma draw while dormant. Hopefully the new snapdragon 800 soc will be better in battery life and from what I heard around the interweb...the 800 devours tegra 4 A15 quad and exynos octa (a15 quad and a9 or a7 quad) in pure performance...

yeah and the trend of their smartphones is that they have non-user replaceable batteries. i HATE it

most HTC phones look better than the Samsung ones. but their flagships are awful value for a heavy/power user. that's why i might have to stick with Samsung or any other brand that provides flagship models with replaceable battery option. don't want to encourage companies like HTC, Sony, etc. thinking that they can get away charging us a lot for a cellphone with fast battery drainage and whose battery might only last for about 2 years.

you can certainly replace the battery but it wont be easy my htc one x+ lasts around 19 hours average (about 5 hours "screen on" time) bluetooth, auto sync and 4g on 24/7 imho thats awesome battery life

meh at M7. between this and Xperia Z, Z looks more promising.

but the battery for both of these phones is really a deal breaker for me.
