i dont think GI has aftersales problems, unlike one store we all know...or that u can justify na bati il overall service because d sila preha ug price each branch. i mean if ur in mandaue or lapulapu, would u necessarily buy from tabunok example for a "bit" lesser price?

that would be good if they have no aftersales problem.

my only concern is that why would they post such computation of price to their website if they don't follow it.?
mandaue, tabunok, apm and countrymall branches only fall to single computation of price as what their website has stated. It should mean that they have to implement similar prices for the buyers not to be confuse. That's all.

each store has its own set of personnel and has different managers. naa pud nay kaugalingong diskarte sama sa buot ipasabot ni werty. na discourage lang ka tungod managlahi ang ila price. di ba ka malipay if you were given a higher price sa imo inquiry pero inig palit na nimo kay mas dako pa og discount kaysa 50 nga imo na less sa laing store? dali ra na siya, adto ka sa pinakaduol nga gi store and bring the latest price list from their website og i compute pila madugang sa price if i add nimo ang 2.5% then kung mas mahal pa gani kaysa computation nimo ang ila actual price, you can always contest it. reklamo gyud kay mo adjust ra man na sila. i had 1 client nga nipalit og 32,000++ computer set pero murag 1,200 or more pa ang amo na discount ato. di lang sad ko mohatag sa name sa branch sa gi nga amo gipalitan para di sad ta ingnon nga naay gidapigan.hehehe

different stores, different ang expenses nila which is e patong na sa items na ilang g baligya, and of course if personal ka na mu adto, cash payment, maka barato jd ka and hangyo2 sad ka gamay nila.

akong experience dira bro...kay kung mo hangyo jud ka nga dala pa diskarte, more or less 2% na lang ang ilang patong...

pero may nalang pud ning GI kaysa CDR king.... kung naay mga costumer nga hilig mag sukit2 or kuti2 aw ing.ani jd ang labas pareho ni TS...pero mao jd ni ang kasagaran nga complain sa mga ubang costumer dili sakto ang kwentada... pero ok ra baya sila barato2 sila compare sa ubang store pero dili tanan, naa sad ubang item nga mahal ang GI kaysa sa laing store so kitang mga mamalitay mag canvass nalang jd ta kung gusto ta maka save...

mao ng gamit jud kaau canvass2, kung kugihan lng jd ka manganvass dako2 or naa jd kay ma save.. murag para nako PCX ra mn cguro ang uniforme jd kaau ug prices, ky mo base mn jd sila kng unsa naa sa ila pricelist gkan manila..

about sad diay sa kaila ni TS nga nagpa warranty sa iya hdd, naay kalahian ang warranty og ang direct replacement, ang time nga ihatag nila for direct replacement kay usually 1 week to 1 month lang. ang warranty usually upto 1 year. now, if under warranty pa ang product then naguba pero nilapas na siya sa iya outright replacement period, bisag asa ka nga store, you would have to wait until maayo sa ila technician ang item or ma ship og balik sa manufacturer ang item if ilang gipa rma. There are times though nga mo instruct na lang ang supplier nga ilisan na lang gyud ang item if tan aw nila di na gyud mada.

mao lagi bro. naa man guy uban nga customer nga basta ingnon nag 1 year warranty, gatoog 1 year direct replacement sad.. naka experience ko ani nga mangisog pa ang customer kay ngano pa kunong magpaabot pa cyag 1 month before mabalik ang item.. lami kaayo tubagon ba nga "naminaw ka pag explain sa warranty policy? ug naay store nga nag offer ug 1 year direct replacement if maguba ang item, ingna ko kay didto sad ko mopalit".
