Mahal dyud kaayo PLDT oi. Ako happy nako sa akong 2MBps nga Globe DSL with landline at Php1200.
Glad you could get a great deal with Globe. I don't ever want to deal with their CS again though.

bro about ani imong complain, tan-awa ang CIR sa imogn plan nga ge apply kay mo nay sure, kanag ilang inong ga up to... up to .. ra jdu na, di nga maoy CIR, ning pirma bya ka ug contract ani, peor sure ko wala nimo gebasa mao nga nag comento ka ug ing ani.. kang up to 2mbps bro ang CIR ana kay nara jud na sa 768kbps.
Not necessarily true. Our plan is for 3mbps and we normally get 2.4-2.6 mbps.

There's also the thing about your proximity to the "central office/CO" [not sure what it's called in the Philippines]. The closer you are to it, the more consistent your DSL speed. The funny thing is that DSL signals are strongest nearest the CO and "degrade" farther away from the CO. Think of sound; the nearer you are to the sound source, the clearer it is and the farther away you are, the fainter it becomes. With that said, we can explain why some DSL speeds are lesser in some areas compared to others [even if different subscribers have the same plan]. Hopefully I'm making sense.

issues like this sir, please escalate to higher sup. this is also what happen to my net last week. its der switch nag configure ani.
Also, please ask for rebate with regard to this matter since your paying for the service and your not getting the right one.
