did any of you ever wonder what happened to Henry Stewart Chasens? do you think it was right for Catherine to just dump him like that?
reckon not...
Kate and John are the best of friends. They share their most embarrassing secrets and give pieces of advice to each other. That's how close they are. But there is one secret Kate never dared tell John; she loves him more than the bounds of friendship. On the eve of Christmas, John and Kate had an agreement to celebrate at their favorite place in the park. It was a romantic night, perfect for lovers. ' But we're not lovers; we're friends", Kate thought as she looked at the moon.
"Care to dance?" John asked as he stretched out his hand towards Kate. "Dance?" Kate replied. John immediately showed her a small stereo and turned it on. The silence of the park was now filled with music. Kate smiled and stood up. They started to dance. Kate's hands were wrapped around John's neck and his hand rested on her waist. Suddenly, their eyes met.. They were about to kiss when John laughed and said, " Did you really fall for that?" Kate could not speak. Instead, she calmly sat down on the bench. John approached her and asked for forgiveness but, still, he could not stop laughing. "What do you want for Christmas?" Kate asked. "Good that you asked. You'll find out tomorrow." he answered with a smile. The next day, John gave her a small frame with a picture of both of them. Kate thought it was just a gift.
It took her 3 years to find out what it really meant...
...The entourage of John's wedding is wonderful. Kate, the maid of honor, smiled at John and mouthed "Best Wishes" to him. John returned a smile. Kate's heart ached knowing that John will be tied in the bond of marriage. She wanted to cry and scream but she couldn't. She tried to hold her feelings.
During the reception, she excused herself. As soon as she was out of sight, she started crying. Bitter tears fell from her eyes.
"I must let go of him", she said to herself. Suddenly, she remembered the frame John gave her 3 years ago. She took it from her bag and looked at it for a moment. Suddenly, it slipped from her hands, breaking the glass. She bent down to pick it up when she noticed something written at the back of the picture. " YOU", it read. Then she realized it's meaning. Now she cried even more and began to walk as the wind blew the picture away..

uk-uk jud oi! Mao nai mahitabo sa mga tameme!!!
i think that's why lovestories mostly have happy endings and NO sequels.
coz after all the first meetings and such comes along the verbal wars and whatnot.. and a whole other complications that the screenwriter doesn't want to include in fear of ruining a good movie.
or maybe movies are just built that way. an alternative source of comfort or something.
Okay, i'm going OT.. O-o
that's the 5th heart-wrenching story i've read this month. is this a sign?
