If IUD or Intrauterine Device imo TS, mas longer ang number of years nga safe. murag 10 years the most unless imo na ipa tang tang. not sure with the side effect/s ky magdepende mn gud na sa taw. pero ako kaila ky nanambok daw siya.

mas mayo pa advise ka sa Doctor ky basig unya di ka pwede. dayon if mo contradict siya sa imo 'religious belief", murag di siguro ni advisable nga method ky possible man mag-union ang sperm and egg cell (fertilization process) but di lang siya ma implant sa uterus.

ayaw pagpa-inject.. dili ka dug-on jud,.. nagpa-inject ko sauna 2x, so 6 months ko wala dug-a.. nag-worry ko ky murag dili healthy since we women need our menses cycle for cleansing.. mas okay unta ang pills ky ma-regular jud ka ug menses esp sa akoa ky later on nakita nga naa diay ko mga ovarian cysts which could have caused me not to have menses at all.. so the pills helped to "force" me to have menses every month
