    Default Re: Pirated or Original?

Before, I usually "demo'd" a game by either downloading the pirated version first, or getting it from your local shady dealer in the physical world. If I liked it, or if I find that the multiplayer component is worth checking out, I buy the original (either through Steam/Origin, or retail). I did this for all HL2 games, MW3, Black Ops, all Splinter Cell games.. the list goes on.

Although I've been doing this a lot less now. I mostly just check out Steam or Origin and see which games are getting huge discounts; with the holidays in the horizon, I expect to see a lot more great deals . I just find it more convenient than pirating. No worries about viruses/malware possibly infecting your PC, and download speeds are consistent all throughout (no more worries about seeders, etc.)

I understand that most of us pirate games primarily because we can't afford it, or because we are just testing it. That's OK, but if you keep doing it even if you clearly have sufficient income to buy the original, then there's clearly something wrong with you. Support the game developers!

    Bantay mo taga-NBI ang OP.

I never pay for my games because of the following reason:

    1. Wala koy credit card.
    2. When the boxed games arrive her in the Philippines, they are probably expensive due to tax and tariffs.

But I recognize the effort so if I can, I will give them cash (kanang original nga presyo), kung pwede pa lang.

Yes agreed with this, test the game first if it is deserving why not support the developer, If you like DLC and Legit Online Multiplayer get the original copy.

Sometimes games that you play the story sucks, the game is too short, the sequel sucks, the game play sucks, what a waste of money.

That's why there is a game review, a DEMO game for you to test the game. Some of my games are Jack-sparrow, play and forget. I prefer the real world, don't just sit and gain some weights, video games are good for the brain, but bad for your health.

Chill lng bro. Iyaha sad bitaw nang opinion. Some people kay advocate kaau sa Anti-Piracy. We can't do anything about them. They also support the game devs so it's a good thing.
