adto me mwf mag jogging usually 5:30 me abot 3men team. bike jud amo main recreation at first hangos kayo ang 15 rounds pero naanad raku. we aim for 25 rounds kay pujon makaapil me fun run i just wish we have time jud nga ma attain ang level nga ingon ana... og di makaya.. awww bike rajud diay me kutob..faetz.. usahay some women kick ,whoop our ass. they run with such endurance whoever they are i salute them. ..
