Work your way up the ladder, I guess.
a BIGGER SALARY means a BIGGER RESPONSIBILITY,,,, so how to have a bigger a salary?? ask yourself first if you can handle a bigger responsibility and salary will follow.............. SALARY and RESPONSIBILITY is directly proportional if youre employed
Ingon pud nila dagko pud sweldo sa gawas, in exchange of kamingaw sa pamilya...

While walking in our workshop I found this text attached in our punching machine:
“In the business world, everyone is paid in two coins: cash and experience. Take the experience first; the cash will come later.” - Harold S. Geneen
I hope that answers your question TS.

well I agree on you "imyournonja", this is what I really wanted, meaning while working and earning a salary, then you also have another means of earning outside of work, like small bizniz, pro mao lagi ang time and especially if walay support from the partner, mag-unsa man ang plan if naay if atbangan ug negative vibes... ;-(
but still hoping that one day, I will be having a small bizbiz while working...
well, perception jud sa taw nga dako ang sweldo if mo-work sa gawas, it depends sa work man pud di bah? and yes true nga super kamingaw pud sa family..honestly, sa una pa, ganahan jud ko mo work abroad, pro sa pagka-karon nga nana ko kids, mura man ug dili madala ang kamingaw oi..as a call center agent, tan-aw nako, contento nalang ko ani kaysa malayo sa ako mga kids, basin ang kamingaw ra ang kamatyan nako ug sayo... hehehe
