We can tell how high the market has gone up by looking at the stock market index. But I believe nobody can tell how high will it continue to go or how low will it hit once it goes back down.

Or is everyone ready kaha if there be a recession now?
I believe majority of the people aren't ready. Maybe being ready or not ready isn't the concern since I think majority of the Filipinos simply don't care. They don't even understand what a recession is.

I personally think as my opinion, that the market now is really high.
The market being high is subjective. In reference to the stock market index, yes, it is high since it has been making a series of all time highs or reaching heights that it hasn't reached before. However, if this is about the potential height that our market will reach, I think there's still a very huge room to grow.

"JP Morgan: PSEi can rise by 20-25% more from current levels, outperforming projected 2013 MSCI Asia increase of 15% | @InquirerBiz"

What goes up may eventually go down..."may" as what goes up may even go higher...PH is now a breakout nation together with other ASEAN like Indonesia and Thailand.

you dont have to worry if the market goes down 80% if your not invested to it. if ever your invested, i would assume that you did what needs to be done to avoid being affected by such down times.

In my opinion, reccession to many pinoys are not felt because by nature we were conditioned to this type of environment. I think there's no way that could happen in the Philippines, as for me the banking system here is so conservative as compared to USA. We belong to an emerging economy, therefore I know for sure that we are moving up forward trend. Regarding with the principle to follow if it happens, diversification is still the best. If you invested in stocks, then have in real estate too.. Or another from agriculture and in business, in this way if "reccession happens you would never feel it. Ask the farmer what reccession is, and they don't even know that because as to them they also diversify- they have chickens or livestock to take care of it, they have gardens to pick vegetables , rice or crops, the only risk is if nature strikes and inflation of fertilizers and chemicals, but still diversify if crops been destroyed by moving to city in the years of abundance by buying lots for rents. Therefore, reccession will only be felt if you don't diversify. To me the peak of reccession is if there's no more oil to buy in the gas station throughout the world, everything will stop-transportaion(air, land and water), economy, and lifestyle. Then will go to more basic form of life. But this can be solved already by alternative source of energy of biofuels coming from plants. Just a point of view to share......

One of the authors have said Dr. Murphy of " the power of the subconscious mind" in stocks, nature will be in tune as to what your mind is conceiving. Stocks is nature( natural occurrences of pipol behavior in general) once the mind conceived positive thoughts, nature will arrange right stock for you, right time of investing and right fluid of money.. Always think of abundance and law of gratitude , think like you are a big tank container so you may feel so much blessing to fill into your own container.. If you feel small then blessings will give you less that's because what you think you become...on the other hand, the power of the law of gratitude gives power impact in our life. Always say " thank you " in good time or in bad times for you may never feel worst as worst of others pipols experience

isn't this the norm of our economy? If it will have more crashes our country will become like somalia.

Get ready with your ak47s, mortars and grenades since warlords will soon take over.
