go to cnet.com....helped me when i was shopping around for my laptop. the main question u need to ask yourself is, what are you going to use your laptop for? graphics? games? internet use? movies? mp3s? i eventually settled for an iBook G4 and made the transition from a windows based operating system to mac os. it wasnt too hard a transition...then again, it helps to have friends who are already die hard mac users that i could call when i had questions. then, u have to think about the cost. hope this helps!
