This is not really a solution to the oil crisis but it may help, we must have better traffic management. Dako kaayo na-usik nga gasolina tungod sa atong traffic. Kung naa lay disiplina ang tanan mga drivers (especiall public utility drivers) ug tarong lang pag-implement sa traffic rules sa mga enforcers, mu-improve man gyud ang traffic situation thereby minimizing fuel wastage because of traffic.

The engine that supposedly runs on water was never proved to the Philippine government or anywhere else.* If it had been proved, you bet you this would already have been in wide commercial use, oil or no oil.

    Amen to that.

A tipid solution--the Time-of-use (TOU) concept. This is a billing scheme that would cushion the impact of rising power rates on consumers. Basically, you try to switch power usage from the “peak hours” (from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM), to the “off-peak hours." Under TOU, rates would also be higher from Mondays to Saturdays compared to Sundays and holidays.

GMA should resign first. Bisag unsang pakulo sa gobyerno way angay kung ang nagmando sa ato peke. Way credibility mo command sa ato. Mag tipid kuno ta. Susmaryusep! Unya iyang gobyerno nag tipid? Iyang pamilya nag tipid.

Hahay mag ration kuno ug gasolina. Yipeee. Mura na ta ug communist country mag ration na ta. Sunod basin pandisal ug itlog mag ration na.

At least makat-on ang mga tao mag linya ug mohulat sa ilang turno. It will make us a disciplined pipol.

Kanang tipid, band aid solution ra man na. Di gyud na makatabang sa ato karun. Kamo mosugot mo way aircon inyo balay, way TV, way ref, way sounds, way playstation? Kamo nag too mo nga makatipid gyud.

Magtipid kuno ang gobyerno. So limit na daw ang consumption sa gasolina. Therefore ma sacrifice ang public service ana. palungon ang mga computer, pati aircon. Imagine kalooy sa ato trabahante. Init gyud kaayo. Do you think naay quality service ana.

So my opinion sayup nang magtipid kuno. There must be something to be done aside pa ani. Ngano i sakripisyo man ang ato basic nga panginahanglan just to make nga murag naay gihimo ang gobyerno pagsulbad sa krisis. Asa man diay ato buwis nga gibayad aron mapaandar nato ang gobyerno.

Magtipid pero sige man lagi mo gihapon release ug dagko nga pork barrel. Tsk.
