sa dli paka mo kaon inum kah daghan tubig 2 glasses of wateror while nag kaon kah cge ka inum ug tubig. kada kaon jud nah. ayaw kaon ug gabii. exercise basta discipline ra jud nah. kung mag pataka kah aw naa ra jud na nimo... dapat sincere ka sa imong aim... not like nag karon imo buhaton pag next daw wala na pud... wala tay result ana.
