    sa dli paka mo kaon inum kah daghan tubig 2 glasses of wateror while nag kaon kah cge ka inum ug tubig. kada kaon jud nah. ayaw kaon ug gabii. exercise basta discipline ra jud nah. kung mag pataka kah aw naa ra jud na nimo... dapat sincere ka sa imong aim... not like nag karon imo buhaton pag next daw wala na pud... wala tay result ana.

    kaon lang og sakto ma busog..i disiplin lang imong self....ayaw og crush diet kai impas ka ana......

    takes a lot of courage and discipline to be able to do this. ayaw i deprive imong kaugalingon kay this will result to binging. kana bitaw gutom kaau ka ug maka ingon na lang ka, bahala ka diha timbanga ka, gigutom ko. u need to take in calories to burn calories. you just have to eat sensibly and learn which food to avoid but u dont starve yourself kay maluya ka, madaut imong internal organs ug ma blanco imong utok anang walay kaon, makabuang raba na. i've been into yoyo weight. daku kau ko sa una, nigamay, then nidaku ug balik kay nibalik sa naandan, karon, trying hard to lose all the excess weight but i know better. ug tempted kaau ka, palayo sa temptation. prepare your own food, ayaw pag stock ug junk sa imong fridge, dapat mga fresh veggies and fruits, green tea, lots of water and avoid too much carbo. weight loss is not overnight bro/sis. you have to be consistent and patient. mag invest jud ka ug time, no excuses.not because you wanted to be vain but you wanted to be healthy. eat and eat but eat right. be mindful of the caloric content of what you eat. ang maau sa fruits and veggies kay rich in antioxidant pa jud. hope this helps

    drink 2 glasses of water before you take your meal.. also, use a smaller plate when dining.. try to use kutsarita (instead of sppon or kamot ) sad.. it may confuse your brain na daghan naka na-eat and eventually you'll stop eating much during the meal.. hope this helps

    drink more water if gutomon naka. i agree with everyone here discipline yourself. much better iwasan mo na ang mga weakness na food na gusto mo kainin. what i do, just take a little bite for the craving and keep on telling myself to stop. hehehhe. sometimes it works for me sometimes dili.coz i can't help it. heheheh
