It's located in Guadalupe, Banawa, Cebu City next to One Pavillion Gaisano Mall on Duturte St. Accessible to Taxis, Jeepney, Habal. 100 Meters walking (1-2 minutes) from gaisano mall, wet market, laundry shop, water station, hair salon, internet cafe, massage, restaurants, banks atm and gas station. Compound is gated with a security guard. Very quiet and clean. I just moved in last month and will be adding things as time goes by and my budget allows. The room will be fully furnished by me in December but if you wana move in now you can get your own things. Bathroom Kitchen and Living room are fully furnished and set-up.
