My theory is you simply need to email them in order to get access. You will then be given a confirmation email with a link to confirm your account. A cookie will store information in your computer which will provide you instant access to their main contents.

There is a way to get a sneak peak at the main content though using Google cache view:

You can access it if u use a proxy. I have a hunch they are selling illegal shells.. (kanang endangered species ba...) tsk tsk tsk... our natural recources exploited again... thats just my opinion though I am not really into shells

Hmm, you seem to know a little information about the site owner, what exactly do you want from the sites? They're probably blocking off Philippines based I.P.'s because they don't have buyers from here and they think that the only people from here who check their sites are competitors or suppliers.

i am just very curious about these sites. These are the only sites blocking Philippine IP's. The idea that they are selling endangered species is a possible reality. Many thanks for the discussion.
