HI I tried calling and texting you but got no reply...I went to the place and I see that only the model unit has been finished. I thought na after paying the required downpayment kay pwede na magmovein how can we move in when there is no unit yet?I really want to get a unit as it is very reasonable but i find it hard to communicate to you...

hi. sorry po sir. i didn't receive ur msg. you can move in as soon as you pay the downpayment and get an approval from the bank. just in time na mahuman na ang house. the house in block 1 are buildable na po. have undergone land dev already. approval sa bank and land dev ra gyud sir, just in time na mahuman na ang house sir.
the good thing about this, you can still choose the color of the interior paint as well as the color of the tiles.
