Lumia 820 = 1GB Ram
Lumia 720/620/520 = 512MB Ram

I went with the 820. Naay mga apps nga currently mag require sa 1GB ram like the Asphalt 7, 900MB wp8 game with real-time online multiplayer. Although ingon sa devs maghimo sila ug version nga compatible sa 512MB devices.
