Ngeks, I've been doing the side bend & twists for 4 years na... Modesty aside, I think Ok rman sad ako abs so somehow effective gihapon cguro pero strenuous sa back
Can you recommend other exercises as substitute for the side bends & twists?
I wonder how swimmers who swim for hours end up with those kind of bodies. They should be sporting twigs for arms and legs! This is unfair!10.
