    Had my fair share of being friendzoned or giving the friendzone speech to
    a guy friend... IMO, I deem this as a deeper level of platonic relationship.
    You mesh well together because you guys somehow complement each other's
    attitude or interests. However being romantically linked is simply out of the
    question because you simply don't want to jeopardize the special bond that
    you both share.

    I have some guy friends whom I can't live without because they make me a
    better version of my own self (I hope I have the same effect on them, too).
    They may be BF material that I can see myself going out with either of them
    romantically but I can't risk it and lose the friendship in the end. So I never
    nourish the feeling. I am more happy this way than being rejected once they
    knew my true feelings for them. It could really get ugly.

    So I'm cool with friendzone or being friendzoned because it's a lot less complicated
