    Kung Pinoy style:

Marinate with a little Soy sauce, vinegar, calamansi, ginisa nga gamay, salt dayun 1/8 cup nga beer. Good na.
When grilling, use a brush to moisten the meat with oil and ketchup.

    Kung European Style:

Marinate with a little Worcestershire sauce, lemon, Apple Cider vinegar, black pepper, Spanish Paprika, salt and Allspice.
When grilling, use a brush to moisten and savor meat with butter and some tomato paste.

mas mo prefer man ko asin over soy sauce baya. mas parat lang og resulta compared sa soy sauce. if naa lang ka other ingredients aside sa asin like vinegar, limunsito, black pepper, bombay, sili... then ok na.

You might need to allow this cooked medium rare. Since the meat juice ( this is not blood to those who might think it is blood) and butter mixes together creating a splendid classic taste.
