    Yes, Exit professionally.. pwde raman dli jd nmo i complete ang 30days. 30 days kinahanglan na sa pag transition sa imo work and to give enough time sa imo project mka kita og replacement nmo but you should talk to hr and to your project manager kay aron makitaan rana og way dapat sd valid imo reason why dli nmo ma complete ang 30days.

    I agree with them. Better submit your resignation formally. I'm somewhat sure wala ka'y bayaran. Ayaw lang jud pag-expect regarding sa compensation. Ani man gud, the company invested money when they chose to hire and train you. Right now nga trainee paka, wala pa sila naka-benefit ug productivity gikan nimo. Liability pa ka as of the moment. So if mo-resign ka, alkanse sa ilang investment nimo ang company. That's why naa'y bond ang most job offer nga contracts. Anyway, whatever your reasons for leaving and whatever your plans, Goodluck and Godbless! ^^
