    TS... depende ra jud na sa company.

    Actually, even if regular naka, dili legally obliged ang company nga tagaan ka ug yearly increase. Ang naka advantage lang if regular naka, not unless naka buhat ka ug violation... dili ka ma dali2x ug terminate sa imong company.
