we are like initial interviewers of an issurance company in the US. we will call prospects and set them an appointment for an interview with our manager.

heres the rate:
If I make 8 people show up per week, I will be paid $2/hr with full 40 hours .( $ 80 )
If I make 16 people show up per week, I will be paid $3/hr with full 40 hours .( $120)
If I make 20 people show up per week, I will be paid $4/hr with full 40 hours .( $160)
If I make 25 people show up per week, I will be paid $5/hr with full 40 hours.( $200)
If I make 30 people show up per week, I will be paid $6/hr with full 40 hours.( $240)
If I make 35 people show up per week, I will be paid $8/ hour with full 40 hours .($320)
If I make 40 or more show per week, I will get paid $10 /hour and 40 hours. ($400)
• If I make less than 8 people show up per week, I will be paid $5 only for each person.
5 people X $5 = $25 $5 X 8 people = $40
16 people = $120 (Does matter how many hours did you work that week )
