kaila kaayo ko ana...lami na siya....di man makahilo ang buriring...butiti man to ang makahilo...i grew up eating this food....you cook it with sambag leaves then a little water and a little suka....wait it to simmer then let it boil for about 10 minutes...my mom is an expert cook of this food....lami kaayo na....

in addition when you buy it white na siya sa lower part sa iya body then if maluto na mo yellow na siya....mo look forward jud mi aning buriring basta ting season na....for the past 25 years nga nagkaon ko ani together sa ako family, kalouy sa Dios wala jud tawn mi nahilo....butiti man 'to ang makahilo....sarap to the bones kaayo mi mangaon ani... :mrgreen:

DIli na gamiton para SUSHI oi , its SASHIMI and in SASHIMI gamiton nila is TUNA or SALMON kasagaran .
