I think they should make this mandatory for those people that don't need to pay taxes when newly hired.
Kay mabutang kung dili nila increasan ang ma-regular, mas dako og net pay ang bago kaysa regular.

if minimum ra gani.... kanang companya mo agad ra man cguro na sa gobyerno kong naay salary increase morag every year man cguro mo increase,..

It all depend sa company nalang jud unsa ila Salary Structure. Most often than not.. ala jud pod increase.. sa ako company ala pod increase pero I still love the Job.. Pero matter pod jud ang income kay mahal na baya au palaliton karon.. It so happen lang pod nga maski wa increase ok ra man pod ang sweldo so wa na langpod jud ko ni demand for increase. pero lately na increasan na hinoon..
sa wa pa increase diha.. ampui lang na diha nga makit an imo pagka hardworking it will pays off ra lagi.. hulat lang gud.. naa ra na perfect timing.. expect the unexpected lang gud..

sa amo company kay every year increase, 3 years kapin nako and 4 times na ko ma increasan
Actually bro, bisan contractual pa or temporary, naa naman jud na tax. Bisan ang service crew taxable naman ilang sweldo.
Illegal na nga mga company ang dili mag deduct ug tax sa ilang empleyado, bisan temporary. But sadly, it is happening in some small time offices/business sectors.
