Mga pre, naa mi nakit-an nga property nga amu gusto palitun ba for rental. Kaya-kaya ra man ang monthly amortization pero ang problem namu is wala mi kahibaw kung unsa mas maayu. Mas ok ba nga longer ang payment terms para mu-gamay ang amortization (para sad maka-profit gamay sa rent)? Or shorter ang payment terms (with this possible nga negative cashflow mi but shorter lang gyud ang payment terms)?

Need your help mga pre...
