Dealing with a LIFE BULLY... Am I traumatized?

I really hope she has changed.

What bothers me is that, why is she still a loner? On the other hand, basig naay gihulat or something.

Second, why does my elementary friends still hate he until now? Maybe it was just some grudge.

Third, what if she harrass me again? Geeze! Im so paranoid. Im praying it won't happen.

Anyway, ill just forget that short episode from yesterday!

At least, if something happens to me, u know the suspect... Joke!

Being bullied is part of childhood. It just depends on how you handle it.

Way back in elementary until high school, ka experience jud ko ug mga bullies. But I fight back. It was easier to fight bullies then. Ayaw pagka traumatize TS. Ang mga bullies ganahan na sila mo daog2x ug mga person nga dili mo sukol nila.

Even if pilde ka or kulating ka, pero you show to the bully that you can stand on your own, eventually he or she will stop bullying you.

she's the only bully i couldnt defeat. Cuz she's vulgar and the type who calls your whole real name in publac and tell everyone that my mom's a whore and my dad runs an underground bar.... Out loud. Kana gibuhat nia sako yhe last time na nagsakay mig jeep.

It wasnt true about what she yelled about my parents but it was embarrasing. And im scared of rage. I mean. I could have fought back but im not good at that. Maybe she have channged. I hope. But im not sure if we'll be friends. Ever.. She's also the type na libakera and she use people for granted. I never wanna hang out with people like that cuz di ko ganahan ma influence. Plus i have a reputation to maintain. To my family, im their role model. To my students, im their noble teacher. To my friends, im their supportive, cheerful and strong person that they love to hang out with....

I wanna get over this person and that episode..... Well anyway, i will try forgetting that and perhaps enjoy life as usual......

ahhh, tingale katong imo classmate na bully pag elementary nimo, na'ay something na nahitabo niya sa balay na de maayu hmmm,.

pero ts, kanang mga bully sa pagka-bata nimo, natural ra mn na, kanang mga bully, mo daug2x ra na sila sa mga magpa-daug2x pud,..either mo lihay lang ka, or mo fightback ka,..mas maayu mo fight jud ka, awa ron, na'a naka'y mga ghost, na trauma na ka,....

pasalamat ko sa mga bully nako pagka-bata ka'y karon daku2x nako, de na ko mahadlok, sa mga tawo na daug-daugan, salamat ninyo ka'y naka-praktis ko ug pag-sukol ninyo,..hahahaha

Free your mind from thoughts regarding your past . Past is past.. You can't dwell on it. . Basing on your story, what I see is you have planted fear on yourself. I know you need to be cautious , it's understandable being cautious doesn't mean you will distance yourself from people whom you don't know have cared for you ( like kana kaila nimo nga niingon layo kaau imo bhaus sa office)

She was disliked by everyone in class. Even until now. She's just harsh. Thats all i could say. And im the type who seem to look okay about those but deep inside im not forgetting and im vigilant around her. Thats why wla ko nagtug an ug tinuod aha ko nagpuyo. Adtuan p lang ko. And im not comfortable around her..... As in! its like my stomach mucle con contracts and i get goosebumps.


im afraid that she doesnt change. And yes. All those bad encounters were all about her....

I cant fight back cuz rage is my ultimate fear.... Rage against me..... And vulgarity.....


i pray she changes but i wont be comfortable around her. Id rather ignore and stay away..... Cuz mura jud xag iskwater mangaway..... Pakiulawan jud ka and isaba in public imu ngalan and tell d world bad things about ur family..... I dont want that....

I was bullied too when I was in 5th grade. She was sometimes a friend and sometimes my bully. I almost fell out of a running jeepney because of her. But your "friend" sounds so much worse. Judging from how she treated you in the jeepney when both of you were already grown up, she hasn't changed.
