Beware of House and lot developers

From my personal experience always buy from a big developer like filinvest not the small developers around the corner who will sell dreams for cheap but with big headache. Hehe.

We experience this with a company who doesn't want to return our full payment and we have been assisted by a lawyer already and sent a demand letter before.
Oneup realty selling Gio Homes. They have postings everywhere. Owners are liars and sales manager named Raj also will lie to your face. They don't show up at litigation and only sent an errand boy to give back a check with amount that's substantially less from the money we paid.
Selling house and lots that they have not yet fully paid from previous title holders and waiting for you to put up the downpayment so they can pay it with your money. Delayed processing, delayed construction. They're not good to deal with and very unprofessional.

Very minor. I also have property at aboitiz and also minor complaints. Never an issue about title, ownership, money.

As I said earlier, I will post the developer its only a matter of when. Don't worry I'm not affiliated with Aboitiz or Filinvest.
But its good to warn people about it don't you think? My friend is a victim of dubious dealings that won't go unnoticed.

@TS even big developers have problems on delivering the units to the owners, Filinvest is known for delivering super delayed project, and they are a big company.

the most important thing to know of a company. must have a Proven Track Record, they must own a Triple A Construction Company, to make sure the quality, on time delivery and after sales problem.
