This is NOT a NATION OF IDIOTS. The COMELEC is apparently the IDIOTS here. They can be easily swayed under duress of a legal action so they accepted and include these unproductive candidates.

...that only income tax payers are allowed to VOTE.
...those who are paying their income taxes for the past 3years should be the ones allowed to vote.
...kanang wala nagbayad ug income tax, can only vote sa local elections. They should not be allowed to vote for candidates running for national positions.
