thanks sa mga reply guys.. 21 na ni xa.. i think its possible na she can sue the dude for child support.. considering na she couldnt become preggy unless naa xa partner dba? a simple dna test should be able to prove that. pero guess ra na wa ko sure.. First of all.. let me educate all those guys here that says that you can sue the guy or take this to the court or obtain a child support for the baby...

First.. they are not married.. this is a sexual act though consented, but holds no legal bounds and attrition to the guy.

You cannot sue someone for something that you can't even present any written or binding evidences on him!

I am not siding to the guy because I too have a sister who is a single mom and I know for the fact how it feels when a girl gets impregnated and the guy just leaves the girl after like a piece of trash... murag trapo lang nga ilabay after human gigamit.

TS.. again, you can't sue someone on moral basis alone to get a child support if and if that someone doesnt' want to.

Wala silay legal nga kasunduan nga magukod jud niya ang guy.. and let this be a lesson learn to all those girls nga muhatag dayon sa ilang self to a guy... Get first a legal grounds or make sure nga sigurista jud ka nga makagukod jud ka sa guy with all proofs and legal bindness before you give yourself kay in the eyes of the law... if you don't have any evidences but moral and sayings/hearsays alone holds no ground for someone to sue.. Ikaw pa ang makiha nuon for oral defamation. Think about it.

My advice to you TS.. tell your girl if she can ask child support sa iyang 'bf'... if the guy shuns away.. then wala na cyay mahimo but from now on (till she finds a right guy who loves her and her child soon).... IT'S BETTER TO JUST LET HER IN HER OWN WAY SUPPORT HER BABY...

IT'S NO SHAME BEING A SINGLE MOM TODAY... AS LONG AS YOU CAN SUPPORT YOUR CHILD WITH YOUR OWN SWEAT AND DETERMINATION.
