First of all: Nagdouble post nka which is not necessary... and second you should also practice not to hijack others thread.

    Now for your question.
    1. kung naa nakoy PSU mo palit pakog AVR or UPS?
Yes kinahanglan jud xa nimo kay kani xa ang magregulate sa kuryente na madawat sa imong PSU,. Dako jud ani matabang nimo so required ni if you have a PC.
2.Kung ordinary build ra imo like other pc na wala water cooling, you don't have to buy a 600W kay kusog sd mulamon kuryene ana but kung datu ka okay ra kaya man nimo ang monthly bills... But if you want to follow my advise a 500W PSU will do for an ordinary build. It is also necessary na if you have a 500W PSU you must buy a AVR/UPS with a higher Wattage cause for exampla naa ka 500W PSU then palit ka 350W na AVR/UPS...The avr/UPS will not able to provide the enough power to run your PC. So for short kinahanglan jud na ang AVR/UPS has a higher wattage than your PSU.
    3. Wala Brand... Kanang mga free sa case nga aluminum ang color ,mostly generic na... like sa ma p4 na pc...Not recommended ni xa mga newer release sa mga pc ron. But kung you still have p4 and older release okay ra you stick to this psu.

One last thing, kung ang location nimo is always makaexperience brownout I recommend you to have a UPS than AVR... cause ang UPS has a standby power (but only last a few minutes 15-30 depende sa brand) it can save your computer from gaining any damage kay ma-shut down pa man nimo not like avr na pagblack-out wala sd ang kuryente... mas mahal lang ang ups compare to avr.

    Everything clear?
