Hello guys im syzkce from davao im also a mountaineers. If you want to have a real adventure i suggest that you go to davao and climb to Mt.Apo cause its really beautiful out there its worthless experience specially when youre on the peak...but only if you have time so you better check that out guys. thanks

@tingloy05: don't have to jump there. not suitable for base jumping, dili man sad ko base jumper... murag wala may lugar dire nga pwede base. kung naa man gani, dili sad pwede ako rig kay sport rig ako. base rigs are so expensive (one 2nd hand car and bike katumbas ani heheh)

dream ni nakong mount apo, lisod lang mangita ug time to trek there, i'm from cebu and working,
my cousin from davao said 3-4 days jud daw ang budget sa amount apo, which is sakit sa dughan kay 4 days pud ang akong salary deduction, wah! hopefully if naa nako vacation leave benefits, pwede nako mo-climb sa apo

Bai try going to Camiguin! Nindot i climb ang Mt. Hibok-Hibok... You can arrange for a guide at the Ardent Hot Springs (i hope i got the name right)... The last time I inquired, murag P2,000 ang charge whole day, naa na kay porter.... You leave (and climb) at 4am and go back in the afternoon...

Try sad Mt. Halcon but never been there.... I saw pictures from my friends and it was really nice... There's this very huge lake in the mountain surrounded with so much greenery... It's as if you're in another country (or Planet!)

There's also Mt. Pulag... I think its the second highest mountain in the Phils..

Try sad Mt. Kanlaon, there's a Sulfur Bed there!!!! It's as if you're not in Planet Earth! Picture Venus perhaps, hehehehehe....

o bai, foot launch pde kaau didto...naman part nga taas-taas and steepy kaau...PM me ur email add lng bai, aron show you some more pics...di lng dri nko e-post uban mga pics kay mka-hang sa site...dagko man ug filesize ang uban. Bai, plan papud mi if when mi balik didto, pero OSMENA PEAK nlng mi...di na dretso kawasan kay kapoy kaau-6hrs lakaw...hehehe...cge lng bai, il keep you posted if in case mamalik mi didto.

bai arnoldsa, thanks sa mga inpormasyon bai, nindot unta ni but wala miy idea, unsa-on pag adto didto, about TRANSPO or mga contact persons na pwede e-contact and possible gasto bai sa tanan. Especially sa MT. HIBOK-HIBOK, MT.HALCON, MT. PULAG, MT. KANLAON, and mas maau unta bai, if naa ra kay mga KAILA aron LIBRE, wala tay bayad bayad....hehehe... Hello guys nindot jud kaayo ang Mt. Apo i've been there last year and its really amazing experience to be there i cant wait to go back,anyway guys dili siya madala ug 2 days padulong didto siguro mag consume ug one week kay 2 to 3 days bag-o mo kaabot sa peak. Pero guys every year MFPI do annual climb for clean up drive sa MT.Apo usually the do that in holy week kung gusto mo adto siguro mao na ang best time,well about pud sa budget siguro andam lang mo ug 1k or more just to be sure labi na kung gikan mo diri cebu walay labot ang food supply ninyo ana guys dapat dala mo daan para ka tipid mo kay mahal kaayo ma maligya ug pagkaon ang mga natives didto sa taas sa apo.

Anyway guys if you really want to go there maybe i can help you arrange your trip going there, im a member of mountaineering organization based in davao i had so many friends that can help you.
