why are we scared of ghosts? becuz hell, they look so scary..ikaw makakita ug white lady dili ka modagan?..anything out of the ordinary is scary...

agree jud ko. ug siguro sa upbringing sad na. kay sa pagkagamay pa nato daghan man ta mga "scary stories" about ghosts gud nga madunggan mao mura matanom na sa ato utok nga kahadlokan ang ghosts. though my father once said nga mas dapat nga mahadlok ka sa tawong buhi kay they can harm you anytime; ghosts can't harm you. pero di ba naa man mga ghosts nga violent? ambot lang uy.

Ghosts are the remains of a human life that has ended untimely or unhappily.

I consider them as 'stains' of strong negative emotions.

I think the reason that why most people are afraid of ghosts is because that they represent death, or a condition of death. And Death is a frightful thing. When one dies, wouldn't be a frightfully unpleasant experience to exist as a ghost?

Ghosts are also known to be influential, generating negative effects on people: like chills, headaches, temper and even stomach upsets. Especially when these are the ghosts are the spirits of people who have died a painful or terrible death. They cannot rest, for they are in pain and misery. And misery loves company.
