katong nag record mi nagpadala c mik ug sample of what we want the snare to sound like, and then he would tweak the sound just right.

mikmik triggers, n i do too, hehe pero not replacing the original sound i use a triggered sound usually the kick as a sub mix with the original file, also SOMETIMES..hehehe sometimes to mimic a phat bottom snare, kai ganahan gud ko ug wapakkkk na sound, compressor rajud ako nahan sa snare with the bottom submixed with a spashy verb..toms, just rarely trigger them when i find it ang drummer inconsistent..with respect to drummers there are some out there who likes cheating..hehee, but sa guitars
amp microphones na mag dala, mic the front and also one at the back or mic it half a meter away with another mic close to the grill of the amp, experimentation japun..drumagog is great also appulsoft trigger..nice kau na drum kit ni @EZRA,

drumagog is a sound replacer plugin. it's included with a samples of snares, kick, hihats, toms and the elec. drums. this is to change the sound characteristics of your recorded drum beats. it will sound more produced. :mrgreen: Originally Posted by furecordx

pagdala gyud ug imo snare drum kay isa ra ang viable snare drum sa backyard.. just like most studios here.. actually, pagdala gyud ug imo cymbals, snare drum, pedal, and whatever else you can carry kay mas nindot kung nindot na daan imo raw drum sound.. although, gamay gyud ang room didto..
